When my wife and I decided to buy a vacation home I began to make some inquiries and research on mortgage rates. My initial contact with Sam Millman and The US Funding Group came about through my research. I contacted The US Funding Group because they were one of the companies that seemed to be offering the lowest fixed interest rate at that time. When I called, Sam answered the phone and provided me the information I was requesting. He however also provided me with some valuable information applicable to "locking in a rate".
